About us

Brennan Construction Group (ABN 20 608 748 049) is a residential building business based in Sydney, NSW. Registered business address on file and available on request.

Quotes and estimates

Any quote or estimate we provide is valid for 30 days from the date issued and subject to a site inspection. Scope, timing and pricing in a signed written proposal override anything implied here or elsewhere on this site.

Payment terms

Progress payments run per the signed contract for the build. The final balance is due on completion, against sign-off at handover.

Variations

Any change to scope, materials or finishes after a contract is signed is confirmed in writing (cost, time impact and approval) before works proceed.

Liability and insurance

We carry the residential builder licensing and insurances required in New South Wales, including public liability and home warranty where applicable. Our insurance covers the work we perform on site. Homeowners remain responsible for their contents and personal belongings during a build. Documentation is provided on request before a project commences.

Privacy

Any details you submit through the contact form (name, email, phone, project description) are used only to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you've asked about.
